Frances M. Witham, SRES®, ISRP™, specializes in working with empty nesters and retirees who are downsizing. She has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation from the National Association of REALTORS®, and has been certified as an International Staging and Redesign Professional™. She offers complimentary Home Staging Consultations to help her clients update and freshen their homes before putting them on the market.
Frances has been a resident of Wrentham for the past 20 years, and is an expert in the Norfolk County real estate market. 
Before becoming a Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, her professional experience included working as a Clinical Social Worker in hospitals and residential treatment facilities. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Georgia.
Frances enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two sons. She volunteers at The Literacy Center teaching English as a second language to adults. She also enjoys reading and writing poetry, walking her dog, and gardening. She donates a percentage of her earnings to the Animal Rescue League of Boston. The ARL is a non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of animals.
