Adam oversaw the sale of my uncle’s house and could not have been more helpful and responsive. I had to oversee the sale of my aunt and uncle’s home after they passed away, which posed challenges on a number of fronts, especially as I did not live nearby.
Once Adam got involved, he took on everything from regularly visiting the house to ensure its safety to keeping up with mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, etc, for the several months leading up to the eventual sale of the property. During this time, he was always quick to respond to my many text and email questions, and made the eventual open house and sale as smooth and stress-free as possible for me as his client.
