Because we put our client’s needs first, we act as Fiduciaries and consider ourselves Client Advocates. This frees us to do things a bit differently.
Let me share some examples:
All of our agents hold the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) Designation.
We don’t use lockboxes! Accompanied showings only. That means we can actually “sell” the features and benefits of the house. (Shocking)
No Open Houses if home is occupied or creates too much stress for owner.
We only practice Designated Agency. This means our agents & Brokerage will only represent one party in the transaction, either the seller or the buyer, but not both. Amazingly, the practice of Dual Agency (where one agent or brokerage represents both parties) is perfectly legal in Massachusetts, as long as the relationship is disclosed to both parties.
